This week …

This week we’re getting married …

And I’ve just been over to check out the photos from our wedding photographer (whose photo is above).

It’s easy to get lost in the busy-ness of wedding preparations. The suit that has moth holes in it and so has to be replaced at the last minute. The sound system, the caterers, the bachelor drinks (not really a party) and so on. The lovely kitchen tea presents. The readings. The seating plan. The guests.

And then there’s still three days of work to get through this week.

My goal for the week is to savour the moments. It will be over so quickly, and already I snapped at L yesterday (sorry L).

This time next week we’ll be on honeymoon. Happy days (as my uncle used to say). So forgive me for not reading blogs this week (or next).

See you soon. πŸ™‚

A Wedding Day always passes so fast, take the time to enjoy every moment! I was and still am really impressed with my Hubby on our Wedding Day. I got swept away at the reception, dancing up a storm! But Hubby took time to sit at each table and spent time talking to our guests. Have a fantastic day and a chillaxing Honeymoon after all the busy-ness!

  5. How thrilling it all is! Wishing you a wonderful time at your wedding and on honeymoon. The thing I remember most from my wedding day was having sore cheeks from smiling so much.

Madly looking for the reading when Baby J is between feeds – and seriously missing the second pair of hands now Llew’s back at work!! Gosh this is exciting – and one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen was expecting her first child, so I have no doubt L will be absolutely stunning – how special to think your little baby will be right there with you. Cherish every moment of your happy day.
