This week we’re getting married …
And I’ve just been over to check out the photos from our wedding photographer (whose photo is above).
It’s easy to get lost in the busy-ness of wedding preparations. The suit that has moth holes in it and so has to be replaced at the last minute. The sound system, the caterers, the bachelor drinks (not really a party) and so on. The lovely kitchen tea presents. The readings. The seating plan. The guests.
And then there’s still three days of work to get through this week.
My goal for the week is to savour the moments. It will be over so quickly, and already I snapped at L yesterday (sorry L).
This time next week we’ll be on honeymoon. Happy days (as my uncle used to say). So forgive me for not reading blogs this week (or next).
